Engineering — At Anchor, we have constantly challenged the status quo of fabrication. To this end, we employ a full-time mechanical engineer who is supported by a full drafting and programming department. They have one purpose — to make your job easier. With more than 30,000 parts catalogued and tracked, we've turned design challenges into routine processes. Our wealth of knowledge, experience and talent are at your disposal.
Industrial (+/- .063 in.) — Our Industrial division handles parts that require long or heavy fabrication, with precision within a .063-inch tolerance. We can cut and form plate as thick as 3 inches, as wide as 20 feet, and as long as 50 feet. We've put the right equipment on the floor to make sure there is no part we can't produce. Anchor has remained the leader cutting and forming by constantly honing our skills and improving technology as it comes available.
Precision (+/- .031 in.) — The Precision division puts to work state-of-the-art lasers and high-definition plasmas to cut your tight-tolerance parts faster than anyone else in Texas. Additionally, we've fortified our precision forming services with three press brakes that can accurately and efficiently fabricate just about anything. No matter what industry you're buying for, we've got the experience, facilities and capabilities to deliver your precision parts right where you need them, and just when you want them.
Finishing — As our company has evolved, we've stepped up to handle welding, painting and assembly for our clients who need a turnkey solution. We've turned these services into separate departments to ensure we deliver the highest quality product possible.
