Forming

Since our inception in 1990, Anchor has led the pack in forming parts per specification, serving a wide range of industries with stringent press brake requirements. We have always maintained our forming services as a core competency with significant investments in both equipment and training. Our technicians have more than 150 years of combined experience, forming parts of varying thickness and materials for both industrial and precision clients.

Anchor can form 20 gauge to 1.50 in. plate in all grades including aluminum and stainless steel. Our brakes have 1000 tons of press capacity and can form up to 52 ft. lengths. Anchor's machines include:

  • 1000 ton x 22 ft.
  • 1200 ton x 52 ft. (runs in 26' tandem sections)
  • 500 ton x 20 ft.
  • 350 ton x 14 ft.
  • 350 ton x 12 ft. (2 each)
  • 200 ton x 12 ft. (precision brake)
  • 130 ton x 10 ft. (precision brake)
