ANCHOR FABRICATION RINGS IN THE NEW YEAR WITH THE ADDITION OF ITS TRUPUNCH 5000 PUNCH PRESS

Anchor Fabrication Ltd., has just finished the install and integration of its first high speed punch press. The addition of the TruPunch5000 answers the needs of many of Anchor’s customers that require a low cost alternative to hard tooling on mid and high volume processing of sheet metal components. The machine is capable of up to 1,400 strokes/min and unlike many other punch presses, has the flexibility to process with up to 210 tools at one set-up, all of which can be rotated 360 degrees for processing at any angle. The table on the TruPunch 5000 can punch sheets up to 60” wide by 120” long without a reposition. Limited only by the designs of their customers, Anchor Fabrication can now tap, form and countersink without having to add secondary operations.
