Greg Frye is the President of Anchor Fabrication, as well as serving concurrently the past four years as COO of Anchor Investments, overseeing operations at all Anchor companies. Greg is a tenured manufacturing industry expert with more than 25 years of experience. He has simultaneously managed a diverse aerospace manufacturing company with facilities worldwide (U.S., Mexico, England, India) with combined sales exceeding $300 million annually. He has overseen the successful turnaround of several underperforming business units. He approaches management with uncanny strategic foresight and a vision for optimizing internal operations. Before his involvement in manufacturing, Greg served six years in the United States Air Force.
Greg holds a BS in Management & Ethics from Manhattan Christian College and a MS in Christian Ministry and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, KS.
Greg and his wife Sheila have two adult sons. Greg enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.
Jason Davis is the Vice President of Sales for Anchor Fabrication. Since September of 2012, Jason has been an integral part of expanding Anchor’s customer base. His work with our business development team has helped Anchor partner with some high profile OEMs. Additionally, his leadership has improved the quality of our customer service team, which has allowed us to better respond to our customer’s need.
Jason graduated from University of Texas at Tyler with a B.A. in Finance. Prior to joining Anchor, Jason spent 12 years working in different roles in the steel industry, most recently as the Regional Inside Sales Manager.
Jason enjoys hunting and fishing in addition to being an active member of Fellowship of the Parks Church. Jason and his wife Georgia have four children.
Steven Pybus is Vice President of Engineering for Anchor Fabrication. He joined the company in 1995 and directs the efforts of the Engineering Department, which provides drawing, design and machine programming services to the organization. Steven’s innovative problem solving and technical aptitude have played an instrumental role in his development of Anchor’s engineering department. His knowledge of Anchor’s capabilities and our customer requirements are a crucial element in our ability to produce high quality parts and assemblies as well as to improve their manufacturability.
Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. His previous experience includes project engineering for NASA, Johnson Space Center and the Airport Engineer’s Office of the City of Houston.
Steven currently serves on the leadership team for his local church and has served on numerous community boards and committees. Steven and his wife Lisa are the parents of three adult children.
Hector Robles is the Vice President of Manufacturing for Anchor Fabrication in Fort Worth, TX. During his 25 years with the company, Hector has served and managed in a variety of positions in Production, Quality, Sales, Logistics and Production Control. Hector was integral in the development and implementation of the company's Quality, Planning and Scheduling systems. Hector is a servant leader whose passion for people and drive for excellence exemplify Anchor’s guiding principles.
Hector enjoys the outdoors, carpentry and spending time with his family. Hector and his wife Veronica have four children. He and his family are members of the Met Church.
