Anchor has continually invested in the technology that empowers us to deliver beyond your expectations. Laser production is a highly reliable process that holds tolerances at .05 inch. Another advantage is that parts do not require any preparation or cleaning before or after the cut process.

Anchor has four lasers dedicated to precision fabrication. The laser works by employing a resonator that generates a beam of light using an electric charge combined with radio frequencies and inert gases. The light beam is directed from the resonator to the plate using a series of mirrors. Just above the plate, gas is delivered coaxially with the laser beam and separates the material.

Our laser capabilities include:

• Employs a 5000 watt resonator
• 82 in. x 168 in. shuttle table
• Cuts 1 in. mild steel, .50 in., stainless steel, and/or .50 in. aluminum

• Employs a 4000 watt resonator
• 82 in. x 240 in. shuttle table
• Cuts .75 in. mild steel, .375 in. stainless, and/or .25 in. aluminum
